Pixel-Sci retains the rights to any design concepts or drafts until full payment is received.
Once payment is complete, ownership of the final design is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality services but do not guarantee that our work will be error-free.
Pixel-Sci is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.
We are not responsible for third-party integrations, hosting, or software issues beyond our control.

7. Revisions & Changes

The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the agreement.
Additional revisions or changes outside the scope of the original agreement may incur extra costs.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
If a project is canceled, the client agrees to pay for work completed up to that point.
Pixel-Sci reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, and any disputes shall be resolved in Croatian courts.
